Step 1:
Firstly connect your GSM mobile phone device to PC using USB cable.
Step 2:
You can also connect Multiple GSM device at same time for sending bulk SMS. For demonstration purpose, we are using single GSM mobile device to send text message.
Step 3:
Install device drive in your pc from mobile phone manufacturer website if required.
Step 4:
Now run DRPU Bulk SMS software on your pc. Select GSM technology based device and go to next option.
Step 5:
After clicking on next option, Mobile connection wizard is displaying connected cell phone device with following details like, Com port, port details, manufacturer, model number etc. Select Com port and Click on Use selected device to send SMS.
Step 6:
Bulk SMS Software provides two options to send unique and personalized text message to every contact using excel. First option allow you to import contact number and their respective message from excel files. Second option allows you to create dynamic and personalized message for each contact using data in various excel Columns. Choose first that you want to use for sending SMS and click on continue option.
Step 7:
Now browse excels files. Select sheets, column containing phone number and column containing messages. Click on finish button. Here you can see contact number and their respective messages. You can send these SMS by clicking on send button.
Step 8:
To create dynamic message on basis on excel files contact. Choose second option and continue.
Step 9:
For example here we are using this excel file that contain following information about student of school. Now you can dynamically compose personalized message to parents of all students.
Step 10:
Browse excels files. Select sheets and column containing phone number. Go to next option. Now you can create dynamic message and add column information by simply double clicking on it as you can see here. Press Finish button. Here you can see mobile phone with message as you want to send.
Step 11:
Now click on send button. you can also use delay delivery option to control and customize load of sending text message at specific time interval.
Step 12:
Message sent successfully.
Step 13:
Message is received at recipient mobile phone as you can see here.
